Predominant use of the facility is family housing. The building is residential and consists of three floors, basement, ground and first floors. Basement floor serves as the service floor, which consists of the following facilities: Boiler, two storage rooms, utility rooms, laundry, wash and one small kitchen.

Access to the entrance of the building is via a covered terrace which is raised 60 cm above the sidewalk. The ground floor rooms are provided for the following: windscreen, bedroom, parents with private bathroom, hallway, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and a staircase which serves as a vertical communication. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two children and one guest, two bathrooms, hallway and closet.

The main problem in the design of this building was in how to position an object on the land, due to the fact that it is a specific form of the plot. The access road is very narrow, and the plot expands in its lower part. The house uses modern architectural expression and modern building materials.
