The building is located in a quiet part of Kraljevo, specifically on the road that connects the town and the medieval monastery Žiča. The predominant purpose of the facility is family housing.
Modern architectural expression and modern building materials are used. The building is integrated into the existing environment by height and volume. Greening the plot was carried out with pots and vertical landscaping. Smaller lawns were formed. Large land area of 1214m² allows great freedom in the arrangement of free surfaces.
The facility consists of residential and office part. The business part is single-storey and consists of three shops with private spas. Housing is part of a multi-level character, so that within the ground floor there are: entrance hall, hallway, garage, boiler room, bathroom, pantry, kitchen, dining room, living room, porch and interior staircase leading to the first floor. Top floor consists of a hall, a wardrobe, 4 bed, 3 terraces and 2 bath.
