Exterior of the building is inspired by mountain facilities at major European ski resorts in Austria, Italy and France. Imitation post and pan and use of wood on the facade reminds of the Moravian type of construction and gives a striking look similar to objects from the big ski resorts.
The building is located near a future cable car, away from the noise, which is an ideal position for all of those who come the famous tourist center for the skiing and rest. The facility has 18 apartments.
